CF Professional Translations, LLC is a privately owned company, founded as a result of the high demand for qualified and reliable translators and interpreters who are experts in their field. As language professionals, we consider ourselves as the indispensable medium of communication that strives everyday to making that positive difference and in doing our best to facilitate and help achieve the ultimate objective of the individual or company.
Carline Férailleur-Dumoulin, the owner and president, holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Florida International University and a Certificate in General Translations from New York University. She is a multilingual professional who has been working as a freelance translator for over 17 years. She has traveled internationally where she was able to gain exposure to different cultures and put into practice her language skills. She taught a Spanish translation course at Queens College in New York, managed the Translation Department of a private translation company in Manhattan for close to 2 years, and has 10 years of experience in the banking industry in administration, operations, customer relations and international departments. Carline is also a Language Test Evaluator for several translation companies in the United States and on occasion, coaches and provides guidance to newcomers in the translation field. She is the author of A Career in Language Translation, Insighful Information to Guide you in Your Journey as a Professional Translator, which can be found online at Barnes and Noble, Amazon, and through the publisher, Authorhouse. She is a member in good standing of the American Translators Association (ATA).
Her passion and aptitude for languages, along with her great sense of commitment and responsibility are what motivate her to excel in her field.
